We offer some options for specific dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free requests. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering so we can discuss the available options.

We recommend ordering custom birthday cakes at least 5–7 days in advance. For larger or more detailed designs, earlier booking is recommended.

Need a cake sooner? Selected Last-Minute Cakes may be available with as little as 24 hours’ notice, depending on availability.

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm and reserve your order date. The deposit amount depends on the size and type of cake. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Changes may be possible depending on how far along we are with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, and deposits may be non-refundable once preparation or special purchases have started.

Keep your cake refrigerated until closer to serving time. For the best texture and flavour, we recommend taking it out of the refrigerator about 1–2 hours before serving, depending on the cake and room temperature. We’ll provide specific storage instructions if your cake requires special care.
